The business demands quick response and the provision of time sensitive resources. Manpower was asked to assist on being extremely flexible to meet these demands in order to make the business a success.

Manpower immediately began work to learn the unique nature of their business, to understand these demands so that timely resources could be provided. We designed a national end-to-end staffing program that focused on proactive recruitment and thorough qualification of the candidates. A customized orientation guide was produced in order to train each candidate prior to assignment on the client’s unique policies and procedures.

Associates arrived on-site, ready to work upon arrival, already having a sense of the work environment and operating procedures to be followed while on assignment.
