    Accounting Associate

    Job Summary:
    Accounting Associates responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful accounting associate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
    Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
    Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
    Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
    Accounts receivable and Accounts payable experience
    Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

    Education and Experience:

    We are currently looking for Electronics - Assemblers to join their team of experts, the client is of the world foremost in the semiconductor suppliers in supplying the world with precision-engineered solutions for commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.

    These positions are Temporary Full Time Electronics- Assemblers in their Manufacturing Plant in Winnipeg. These positions offer a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and set to commence in immediately with the Duration of the Assignment for 3 Months from the day of deployment.

    In order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you:

    * Be available from Monday through Friday (Possibility)
    * Must be Eligible and legally work in Canada
    * Able to Work on shifting schedules from Morning Shifts or Evening Shifts

    Must have qualifications:

    * No less than 2 -year of electronics/semi-conductor environment and experience or equivalent.
    * Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
    * Superior verbal and written communication skills
    * Ability to be flexible organized and manages priorities
    * Proof of past experience and certifications is an asset
    * Proof of High School Graduate (Grade 12) with Diploma or Certification

    Your responsibility is to provide the following

    * Assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, test equipment telemetering systems, electric motors, and batteries.
    * Twist, bend, trim, strip, or file wire leads of components or ream holes in boards to insert wire leads.
    * Assemble printed circuit assemblies and perform inspections and Install heat sinks, sockets, faceplates, and accessories on boards.
    * Conduct kit pulls for manufacturing units.
    * Work within project teams and deliver on tasks with efficiency, quality, and within schedule and time constraints.
    * Work with engineers and project managers to ensure that work-product expectations are well defined, completely understood, and clearly communicated.
    * Be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the tactical and strategic objectives.
    * Maintain a high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest levels of customer satisfaction - including direct customer communication and support.
    * Assemble printed circuit assemblies and perform inspections.
    * Perform other duties as assigned
    Nice to Have

    * Have access to Vehicle or have means of transportation/ Valid Class 5 Driver's license.
