    Your Responsibilities as a stress Engineer:Applying fundamental and advance concepts, practices and procedures of mechanical field of specialization, modeling, and analysis standards. The position supports design and structural substantiation of aircraft engineering package based on customer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements for production.

    - Supports projects with FAA Supplemental Type Certification(FAR Part 25 SCT) for compliance
    - Support design by ensuring project drawings meet all design requirements and design release
    - Conduct stress analysis of aircraft cabin interior payload and structural components
    - Applying concepts of classical mechanics and hand calculations( Per Bruhn, Michael Niu, Boeing Design Manuals, or similar methods)
    - Executes finite element analysis (FEA) modeling of air craft interior monuments using FEMAP;
    - Create stress substantiation
    - Coordinate engineering certification of static testing of aircraft seats and other aircraft interior monuments

    What we are looking for:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a closely related engineering field, 0-2 years of experience as follows
    - Performing Finite Element Modeling using finite element modeling software : ANSYS, FEMAP or similar
    - Perform classical hand calculation methods per Bruhn, Michael Niu or similar methods and documenting calculations

    Common job responsibilities could include:

    General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.

    ***Administrative positions are not always located in an office environment. Some of the work could be completed in a warehouse or outside. You must be comfortable working in all types of weather and temperatures.

    Requirements:
    -18 years of age or older
    -High School Diploma or GED
    -Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
    -Professional phone skills
    -Microsoft Office Software and basic computer skills
    -Able to pass Background Check
    -Assessments and drug screens may be required for certain positions.
