    Accounts Receivable
    * Enter All Invoices into Accounting System
    * Enter All Payments into Accounting System from various sources such as bank statements, cheque payments, and Compost site cash receipts
    * Maintain Compost Invoice filing
    * Follow up delinquent debtors as required
    Confidential Secretary
    * Prepare, assemble, and distribute the necessary packages for the monthly meetings, including private minutes, meeting agenda, and attachments
    * Maintain confidential filing and document destruction as required
    * Organizing Press Release distribution to Staff and Website update
    * Requirements:
    * Trained in Payables and receivables process
    * The ability to type at a professional level
    * Excel & Word professional level
    * Bilingualism

    Customer Service Rep Requirements:
    * Bilingualism (French & English)
    * One or more years of customer service experience
    * Ability to work in a team based environment and interact cooperatively with internal and external customers
