    Manpower is currently hiring a Compliance Coordinator position for one of our clients in DT Milwaukee, WI!

    What you'll do:
    The COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR may be involved in both of the following functional areas: State Regulatory Compliance and Client and Process Compliance.
    As part of the State Regulatory Compliance function, this role will coordinate and document State regulatory processes on behalf of the field organization. Areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to providing support for Interview and Orientation Pay audits, Wage Theft notices, Minimum Wage Compliance, and Meal and Rest Period requests.
    * Provides centralized support to the field with any state regulated compliance activities that requires candidate follow up communication.
    * Works with Division Operations Managers to support field with State regulatory processes
    * Utilize reporting to identify candidates requiring State regulatory processes and/or documentation
    * Works with systems and reporting teams to address any assignment discrepancies and assists with solutions for system or reporting errors
    As a part of the Client and Process Compliance function, this role will support the field and National Account team with compliance requests and associate onboarding requirements. The COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR will work within a front office system and third party vendor's systems to identify instances of non-compliance.
    * Proactively monitor third party vendor systems for new Tentative Non Confirmations for associate E-Verify program
    * Utilize third party vendor system data and metrics to enable support for Tentative Non Confirmations
    * Work with field organization and provide guidance on action steps needed to avoid non-compliance with USCIS requirements.
    * Support centralized compliance team with weekly/monthly ongoing reporting related to compliance efforts. Reporting will include but not limited to weekly staff onboarding compliance, associate onboarding compliance, I-9 Compliance, E-Verify MOU tracking, Minimum Wage Compliance
    * Participate in collaborative opportunities with Division Operation Managers to streamline and improve field operation processes

    What you'll bring:
    * Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
    * At least 3 years of professional work experience.
    * Strong written and oral communication skills
    * Ability to facilitate training and coach peers on operational processes
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    * Ability to utilize systems and tools to accurately document situations
    * Ability to quickly learn new systems
    * Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
    * Strong customer service skills
    * Strong analytical skills - ability to conduct root cause analysis

    Hours: 8am-5pm M-F

    Manager Of Learning and Development

    Job Overview:

    Manpower is seeking qualified candidates for a seasonal Manager of Learning and Development for a local client.

    Key Accountabilities:
    * Facilitate Executive Professional development courses in West Virginia.
    * Assist Central L&D with instructional design as needed
    * Assist in determining development needs of executives and become familiar with the Resource Library
    * L&D Manager maintains PeopleSoft and InSite records of all courses
    * Co-facilitators or other facilitators will be determined with HR Dir, L&D VP
    * L&D Manager owns all pre/post communications, Notes invitations, setup, catering, production of materials, etc. of all classes, whether in person or on Centra
    * Facilitate Hourly Supervisor Training in West Virginia.
    * Assist Central L&D with instructional design as needed
    * L&D Manager determines schedule and maintains PeopleSoft and InSite
    * L&D Manager owns all communications, Lotus Notes invitations, setup, etc.
    * Supervise Training Specialists and evaluate facilitation performance. Maintain records as required for Process and Systems training.
    * Support L&D documentation for Network PMTs as assigned
    * Attend PMT meetings when required
    * Communicate L&D needs to Central L&D
    * Assist with creating/updating User Guides and Quick Tips as determined with Central L&D
    * PMT assignments as given by Central L&D
    * Support other L&D initiatives as directed by Central L&D
    * Examples: Activities, one-time only courses, etc.
    * Manage the Onboarding process for West Virginia, both Executive and Hourly
    * Conduct executive orientation with Executive Orientation Manual, complete the Onboarding templates with input from supervisor of executive; schedule meetings with the participants of the onboarding; own this process and follow up to ensure completion
    * Work with HRD, Supervisor of the new/promoted or transferred executive and/or Central
    * HR to identify Peer Sponsor and required onboarding topics.
    * Conduct hourly Orientation sessions with Employment Manager if needed
    * Facilitate DiSC as part of onboarding for executives
    * Ensure all required CBTs are completed, both executive and hourly
    * Facilitate Diversity and Inclusion training as needed or required MIT Program
    * Manage the MIT program for West Virginia with direction from Exec Dev VP and L&D VP
    * Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
    * Complete L&D weekly and monthly reporting requirements for L&D scorecard
    * Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
    * Support other HR Functions as determined by HRD
    Skills Summary:
    * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
    * Proficiency or ability to learn quickly, client's systems and software applications: PeopleSoft, Kronos, LotusNotes, Lotus Calendar, Centra, queries

    Seasonal Recruitment Manager

    Job Overview

    Execute the corporate employment programs and manage process for 4 facilities. Will serve as the primary point person for all employment activities for associate employment.
    * Key Accountabilities:
    Talent Selection and Workforce Planning
    * Use targeted sourcing to match search for viable candidates - use of technology (Taleo), appropriate job boards, pipelining, campus recruiting, job fairs, networking, diverse channels, etc…
    * Drive recruiting initiative for both exempt and nonexempt populations within region.
    * Prescreen candidates and offer recommendations to hiring managers
    * Partner with Facility VPO and Director of Finance to develop seasonal and specific workforce hiring plans for hourly Associates
    * Ensure successful on-boarding & orientation of new hires, including partnering with L&D Manager with the on-boarding of executives and seamless execution of the pre-employment process.
    * Lead and manage system data integrity - Post positions effectively, disposition candidates effectively and timely, set local expectations for sourcing candidates through Taleo, improve hiring metrics set out by corporate standards.
    * Capture available tax credits/revenue through government hiring and training programs - ensure internal processes are compliant with regulations and company policies.
    * Train hiring managers on various interviewing techniques, including behavioral-based and experience/accomplishments assessments.
    Generalist Human Resources
    * Address compensation questions/concerns - involving key stakeholders to resolve issues and respond appropriately to pay concerns.
    * Lead culture development through participation in "Partners in Time" efforts, executing employee surveys, proving HR leadership in communication efforts (Rallys, department meetings).
    * Must agree to flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business.
    * Any other HR responsibilities management deems necessary.

    Minimum Requirement:
    * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
    * Thorough knowledge of recruiting application(s) and HRIS applications.
    * Two years experience with various types of behavioral interviewing methods
    * Two years experience using Excel
    * Strong results orientation

    Preferred Requirements:
    * Taleo experience and/or PeopleSoft experience
    * Work in operational settings - manufacturing, logistics, etc…
    * Experience hiring for seasonal demand peaks - workforce planning
