    Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
    * Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, ideally in accounting or computer science

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internally
    * Able to build strong collaborative relationships and gain trust, both inside and outside of the company.
    * Highly organized and detailed oriented with great follow through

    * Proven ability to create written documentation so that the technical team can develop software

    * 3+ years' progressive experience in a technical leadership, or team leadership role having experience in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
    * 1+ year of demonstrated ability in medium to high complexity development environments, executing the Scrum Master role while applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory (including Burn down techniques, Retrospectives, handling bugs).
    * Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-project, Program, or Product environment leveraging shared team resources.

    As a senior software engineer, the candidate is responsible for working with the product engineering team to resolve customer issues as fast as possible and making sure new features will be easily usable and supportable. • Work closely with Engineering team members, ideally co-locate with engineering team members. • Provide a dynamic view of issues in the field to the engineering team on a regular basis, e.g., at daily standups. • Debug customer issues and make code changes, and engage the right engineer(s) as needed in order to resolve customer issues as rapidly as possible. • Actively participate in new feature design and development, at the level of sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, etc., making sure necessary supportability features and tools are implemented and shipped along with any new functional or performance feature together at the same time. • Actively watch common configuration issues and user errors happening with developers and testers during development and testing, collect and document them, working with data scientist to formularize them into learning cases and feed them into the service analytics machine learning system. • Actively work with architect and technical leads on producing materials for effective knowledge transfer to support engineers before each release
