    Role Responsibilities
    -Operate as the lead point of contact between senior management and the public relations team
    -Assist PR Advisors to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer (Sponsor) relationships
    -Ensure teams provide timely and successful product delivery to customers
    -Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to the management
    team
    -Train and ensure PR Team achieves monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

    Required Skills:
    - Proven account management or other relevant experience
    - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and close sales effectively
    - Experience in delivering in house focused solutions based on employee and customer needs
    - Proven ability to work independently within a team structure
    - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
    - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    - Experience working with online CRM systems (salesforce)
    - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
    - Business degree or equivalent work experience

    Floorhands

    With over 60 years of experience in the Alberta marketplace, Manpower specializes in matching great talent with great companies. In tandem with our client, Manpower is seeking Floorhands, to fulfill positions in Lloydminster.

    In this role, you will be:
    * Operating and performing maintenance on hand tools including hammers and pipe wrenches as well as maintenance to the service rig equipment
    * Working on the floor while the Operator runs tubing or rods in or out of the wellbore
    * Taking care of housekeeping duties including ensuring that the rig floor, oil company location and rig and equipment is clean and organized
    * Providing the physical strength to lift, carry, move, slide, transfer, push, pull or drag pieces of equipment on and around the service rig and equipment
    * Locating and delivering any piece of equipment as required
    * Driving trucks to transport materials and well service equipment
    * Following instructions and assist as needed

    Minimum Qualifications:
    * One or more years of experience
    * Minimum Class 5 Driver's License and in some cases a valid Class 1 or 3 is required
    * Current Drivers Abstract with 6 demerits or less
    * All relevant safety tickets and certifications as per industry regulations (H2S Alive and Standard First Aid/CPR)
    * Slant and/or mobile free-standing, single and/or double service rig experience is preferred
    * Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada
    * Applicant must be located in the Lloydminster area or be willing to relocate

    The Job:
    * Respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer's issues
    * Take inbound calls for order placement
    * Respond to customer email inquiries
    * Up sell and cross sell additional items
    * Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
    * Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
    * Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
    * Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
    * Ask probing questions and overcome objections

    What you bring:
    * At least one year of customer service experience
    * High School Diploma or equivalent
    * Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
    * Take charge attitude. Enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present
    * Flexible, open minded and solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast paced Internet environment

    * Flexiblity to work between 8AM - 12AM from Monday to Friday and 9AM - 9PM on the weekend
