    Recruiter Job Description
    Drive the hourly recruiting process for Crawfordsville facility. This includes
    Weekly reporting on number of openings
    Conducting new Hire Orientation
    Sourcing and Phone Screening Candidates
    Moving candidates through onboarding process
    Building a pool of candidates who are ready to start
    Capturing Data on performance of hires based on manager evaluations
    Auditing New Hire records to ensure all data entered all new hire data is accurate
    Manage Onboarding of temporary associates, tracking performance to 60 day target.
    Answering 1st level HR questions regarding appropriate points of contact, escalating items as appropriate.
    Act as a resource for other administrative tasks as assigned
    Requirements
    6 months +, in a recruiting focused role.
    Proficient in Microsoft office tools
    Strong Communicator
    Ability to remain professional in challenging situations.

    Due to growth within our Company we currently have openings for the position of Staffing Specialist in the Scott Depot, WV area.

    Job Duties:
    As a Manpower Staffing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:

    Source and recruit candidates to successfully meet client staffing needs.
    Understand client needs.
    Develop recruitment strategies.
    Write targeted/creative ads and manage applicant flow.
    Mine/analyze resumes, effectively pre-screen candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and coordinate interviews with clients.
    Proactively plan and execute revenue producing client calls to generate new business with current client base and prospects.
    Manage client and candidate relationships through effective use of best practices.
    Provide coaching/counseling to associates as needed to ensure good job performance and job satisfaction Compile and keep personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. Compile and type reports from employment records. File employment records. Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons..
    Requirements:

    Prior human resources, full cycle high volume recruiting, or management experience is required.
    Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (minimum of 2 years).
    Previous business to business sales and marketing experience is required.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Must have the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.
    Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
    Must be resourceful, outgoing, and ability to learn quickly.
    Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be highly organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
    High School Diploma/GED Required. Higher education degree in a business, human resource, marketing or any other related field is highly preferred.
