    Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking an internal Candidate Care Specialist to join our Monroe team. This is a part-time position working 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of candidate and associate care tasks to support the intake and candidate care process. This includes:
    * serving as the primary point of contact for all candidates and visitors entering the office, assisting and directing those individuals throughout the intake and registration process;
    * performing onboarding responsibilities, ensuring all tasks and documentation are completed;
    * serving as primary specialist for the orientation process including administering oral drug screens, going through the associate handbook, reviewing policies and procedures, and delivering client-specific information as need;
    * entering and documenting information related to pre-employment, compliance, and onboarding, particularly W-4 tax forms, test scores, and candidates skills; and
    * carrying out additional candidate care and administrative tasks that support the mission of the intake process.

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to quickly shift job duties and priorities. Strong computer knowledge with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is needed as well as excellent documentation and communication skills.

    Local company that manufactures baby formula and other nutritional products is seeking an individual to provide administrative support for all Human Resources activities and processes including talent acquisition, interview scheduling, administration of Applicant Tracking System, and on-boarding of all new employees. Administers the filling of hourly Production/ Maintenance positions, as well as all other Non-Exempt positions. This includes the timely posting of positions, verification of eligibility, and guiding hiring managers on making fair, legal decisions consistent with state/federal laws and company policy. The ideal Recruiting candidate would have some TA experience, other HR experience, as well as knowledge about employment law, and compliance tactics.

    Requirements:
    -HS diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
    -Minimum of 2 years of previous HR Coordinator and/or Administrative experience
    -Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
    -Ability to interface with all levels of employees, including executive leadership team
    -Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
    -Experience in a cGMP/manufacturing environment a plus
    -Strong communication skills
    -Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    -Work well under tight time-lines and ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment

    - HR Administration to process onboarding new employees (Corporate and Temporary Based)
    - Metrics to onboard all new hires and employee conversions (100% on time action with each candidate and to keep the candidate ontrack to expected hire date) - measured weekly with full training provided

    - Follow a guideline for each call and save your work for record keeping
    - Metrics minimum of 25 interviews per week and 5-10 job offers per week
    - Position has outbound / inbound phone calls and must be comfortable making calls and creating quick rapport with candidates
    - Average phone interview is 20-30 minutes
    - Average 50-60 calls per day

    The Marquette Manpower office is looking for a Staffing Specialist for their local office. The Staffing Specialist is responsible for: 1) delivering high quality service to clients and associates by matching skills of associates to client needs, 2) developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service, and 3) performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

    Hours: Monday- Friday, 8-5pm (1 hr lunch), 40 hrs per week

    Pay: competitive, depends on experience

    Length of assignment: ongoing/long term

    Primary Job Functions:
    -Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service.
    -Interview and test applicants to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
    -Fill customer work orders with qualified associates in a timely manner.
    -Coach and counsel associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
    -Conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business.
    -Recruit associates to form a pool of applicants for high demand skill areas.
    -Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    Required Professional Qualifications:
    -Ability to communicate effectively with others
    -Ability to problem solve
    -Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks
    -Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently
    -Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Manpower systems is critical
