- Hunting for new business opportunities. Build a book of clients and build a large referral base from them. (It's a Sales Job!)
- Executing the full sales process from prospecting to delivery.
- Daily cold calling, prospecting, drop-ins, and referral requests expected.
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually forecasting and territory planning.
- Daily coaching/strategy conversations with your leads to brainstorm solutions and to support your sales efforts.
- Support and mentor new team members on our Internal Sales Philosophy.
- Change. Evolving wireless technology drives our industry; the ability to adapt is critical.
- Show understanding of the SMB landscape of your market - be able to show ROI to business owners and companies that will motivate referrals and differentiate yourself from the competition.
- Get excited about Technology - and have a passion to work in an exciting and very competitive wireless industry that is changing the ways people work, live and play.
- Ability to learn and comprehend our solutions quickly so that you can provide suggestions to your future clients. These solutions include GPS Tracking and Fleet Management Systems, MS Exchange Services, In-Building Wireless Coverage Solutions, SMB PBX Systems, and anything wireless!
- Competent, confident, competitive, assertive & has a desire to be recognized.
- Motivated to overachieve minimum expectation levels of performance and challenge your teammates in contests and incentives.
- Desire to grow as a sales professional.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications, CRM Tools, Etc..)
